WestJet tapped our team to develop the UX/UI for a new online portal that their internal travel agents could use for planning vacations for their clients. This new 100% web-experience was meant to replace a grandfathered system they had in place which used analog bookkeeping.
UX Protoype Walkthrough
Created in Adobe XD, this UX prototype was create primarily by myself using WestJet's brand guidelines. I worked with their internal web development team to ensure a smooth handoff and that our team's vision was brought to full fruition on the live-site.
The general purpose of this web portal was to do the following:
- Allow travel agents to have a single login that hosts/organizes lists of hotel packages for their clients
- Provide dashboard functionality to create new lists, edit existing lists, and delete lists
- Display sponsored ad units for deals/promotions that WestJet would like their agents to prioritize
- Built-in functionality to share lists with clients via email
